If you don’t have your own equipment, we can advise you and equip you in complete safety without any problem.
All our bicycles are regularly serviced to ensure you get the very best equipment.

Hybrid Bicycles
Our hybrid bicycle rentals include: a lock and a repair kit.
If needed, helmets are included in the prices, but we suggest you bring your own.
All bicycles are equipped with a kickstand, bottle holder, and luggage rack.
Electric Bicyles
Our electric bicycle rentals include: a lock and a repair kit.
Wearing a helmet is mandatory with electric bicycles. If needed, helmets are included in the prices, but we suggest you bring your own.

Rental of electric bicycles is available for people aged of 18 and over only.
Prices
Taxes are not included in the rental prices.
A security deposit of $250.00 for a hybrid bicycle or $500.00 for an electric bicycle will be charged to your credit card on the morning of your departure. This will cover, if necessary, repair costs (for breakage resulting from negligence or theft) or transport costs.

While reserving, the amount including all your services will be applied to your credit card.

Cancellation Policy/Administration Fees
The herein administration fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation:
The $25.00 administration fee listed above is always non-refundable in case of cancellation.
Here are the cancellation dates, in order to receive a refund (less the administration fee) according to the day of your departure (according to Eastern Daylight Saving Time (GMT UTC 4)):
- Monday: Previous Wednesday
- Tuesday: Previous Thursday
- Wednesday: Previous Friday
- Thursday: Previous Saturday
- Friday: Previous Sunday
- Saturday Previous Monday
- Sunday: Previous Tuesday
Store
If you’ve forgotten an accessory, had a breakage, or have a particular need during your trip, we can help you out.
You can stock up on items before you leave or contact us if anything goes wrong on the trail. Together, we’ll find the best solution.
We are also a dealer for souvenir items from the P’tit train du Nord Linear Park. Parc linéaire le P’tit train du Nord.
No servicing nor equipment additions can be made to your bicycle by our staff on the departure morning.
