Departures, by reservation only, take place at 8:00 a.m. from Place de la Gare in Saint-Jérôme (km 0), with stops all along the Linear Park, depending on reservations. Contact us to see if a departure is available on your chosen date.
You should arrive at least 45 to 60 minutes before the departure time. 60 à 45 minutes avant l’heure du départ.
Prices
The price list is for cyclists with normal bicycles (conventional and standard shapes).
For safety, logistics, and loading reasons, and to protect your bicycle during transport, it remains your sole responsibility to inform us of each type of bike (Standard or Non-Standard) for each member of your group when you make your reservation.

Standard Bicycles
No additional charges.
Non-Standard Bicycles – Group 1
An additional charge of $15.00 is added to the transportation cost.
Non-Standard Bicycles – Group 2
An additional charge of $25.00 is added to the transportation cost.
Half price for children aged from 5 to 12, free for children aged from 0 to 4!
Taxes are only included in the cyclist transport price.

While reserving, the amount including all your services will be applied to your credit card.

Cancellation Policy/Administration Fees
The herein administration fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation:
The $25.00 administration fee listed above is always non-refundable in case of cancellation.
Here are the cancellation dates, in order to receive a refund (less the administration fee) according to the day of your departure (according to Eastern Daylight Saving Time (GMT UTC 4)):
- Monday: Previous Wednesday
- Tuesday: Previous Thursday
- Wednesday: Previous Friday
- Thursday: Previous Saturday
- Friday: Previous Sunday
- Saturday Previous Monday
- Sunday: Previous Tuesday
Accessories List
For safety, logistics, and loading reasons, and to protect your bicycle, your accessories and other people’s equipment during transport, it remains your sole responsibility to remove any objects, removable accessories, and panniers or bags before loading your bicycle.
When you arrive, some of your accessories may have to be removed, moved, or temporarily tied up for transport. We’ll be happy to advise you on site.

For bicycles with XX-wide frames and larger (22.5 inches and over), please contact us.
Trailers must be: emptied, folded, bars and wheels separated.
In accordance with current regulations, equipment and luggage are not allowed on buses, unless they are equipped with a compartment specially designed for it.
For each passenger, related to capacity, a reasonable amount of luggage and equipment is allowed in the trailer.
If you use our bus service and do bicycle camping or travel with a large amount of exceeding luggage without using our luggage transport service, please contact us.
